This role requires you to solve technical problems, provide remote support, and document interventions. You will also participate in our 24/7 on-call program. Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to service calls and perform on-site diagnostics
- Repair and calibrate mechanical and electrical systems
- Provide remote technical support via phone or email
- Train clients on equipment use and functionality
- Document interventions and follow-up on technical files

Requirements:

- DEC in electronics, automation, or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Autonomy and initiative in work execution
- Valid driver's license for travel
