- Have restaurant, hospitality, retail, or service industry experience, especially in high-pressure environments
- Are coachable, driven, and take direction well
- Show up daily with a customer-first attitude
- Are confident on the phone and in person
- Can multitask, solve problems, and stay calm under pressure
- Are known for being team players with strong communication and organization skills
