Maxwell Farm Service Inc. is looking to add an experienced AZ Driver to our team. This position is ideal for a dependable, safety-conscious driver who has experience hauling agricultural, construction, and other heavy equipment.

The Position

We are looking for an AZ or ARZ Driver to operate our float/trailer equipment and transport machinery primarily within approximately 160 km of Maxwell, Ontario.

This is a part-time or full-time opportunity, with local work and allowing you to be home each day.

What You'll Do

- Safely transport tractors, excavators, skid steers, lifts, trailers, and other equipment
- Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently
- Properly secure equipment and ensure all loads meet applicable requirements
- Complete primarily local deliveries and pickups within approximately 160 km of Maxwell
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle documentation
- Ensure the truck, trailer, and equipment are kept clean and in safe operating condition
- Represent Maxwell Farm Service Inc. professionally when delivering and picking up equipment
- Assist with general yard and equipment-related duties when required

What We're Looking For

Required:

- Valid Ontario AZ or ARZ driver's licence
- Proven experience hauling equipment with a float/trailer
- Clean and satisfactory driving record
- Strong knowledge of load securement and safe transportation practices
- Reliable, responsible, and safety-minded
- Good communication and organizational skills




- Ability to work independently and manage local deliveries efficiently
- Experience hauling agricultural or construction equipment is an asset

What We Offer

- $30-$40 per hour, based on experience
- Part-time or full-time hours
- Primarily local work — generally within approximately 160 km
- Home every night
