Join The Family Centre as a Success Coach, dedicating your skills to empowering children and youth in a school workplace. This part time role focuses on building resilience and social-emotional skills. As a Success Coach at The Family Centre, you will work 0.80 FTE to foster positive development in youth through trauma-informed practices.
Your key responsibilities include developing individual goals, engaging caregivers, and facilitating group programming. You'll also support children in enhancing their cultural awareness and encourage community engagement, making a lasting impact on their lives. Key Responsibilities:
Meet students individually to develop tailored support goals
Engage caregivers to foster child development and healthy experiences
Facilitate group programming aligned with school needs
Promote positive identity and cultural connection among youth
Provide access to healthy summer activities for students Requirements:
Degree/diploma in Child & Youth Care or related field
Proficient communication and management skills
Experience working with diverse populations
Valid driver's license and insurance required
