This pivotal role supports the development and enhancement of the National Master Construction Specification, a vital resource for construction specialists. Successful candidates will apply their expertise in building science and construction documentation to ensure specification accuracy and consistency. Key Responsibilities:
Write and edit master specifications for clarity and compliance
Collaborate with technical advisors to integrate industry updates
Perform quality assurance reviews for documentation
Analyze user feedback to improve NMS content
Mentor junior team members on specification writing best practices Requirements:
Degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering or related field
Experience in writing and editing construction specifications
Familiarity with MasterFormat and UniFormat standards
Proficiency in MS Office applications
