You will enhance student engagement, provide personalized coaching, and collaborate with faculty and industry partners to facilitate successful student experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Engage co-op students throughout job search and performance
Develop students' skills using market and curriculum insights




Conduct labour market analysis and assess students' needs
Collaborate with faculty and partners to bolster student engagement
Maintain a database for tracking student skills and progress Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in relevant fields like Education or HR
Experience in co-op programs, recruiting, or HR
Knowledge of Brock's co-op programs and hiring cycles
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Support co-op students in achieving career objectives at Brock University.
