Shape healthcare communication as a Solutions Delivery Engineer I at GlobeStar Systems in North York, ON. This full time role combines technical vision with hands-on implementation in a hybrid setting. Reporting to the Manager of Solutions Delivery, you'll serve as a key technical resource for our clients.

In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, designing, and troubleshooting the implementation of Connexall, our award-winning clinical communication platform. This position requires a proactive approach and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction through creative technology application. Key Responsibilities:
Implement Connexall from design to delivery
Act as technical liaison in customer interactions
Install, configure,



and troubleshoot system designs
Conduct in office project go-lives and follow-ups
Provide pre- and post-sales support through training Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
Understanding of system design and troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP and Windows operations
Experience with SQL Server and clinical workflows
