In this energetic position, you will have full-cycle recruiting responsibility, partnering with leadership to identify staffing needs. We seek a professional with a “can-do” attitude to excel in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with diverse candidates. Your skill in strategic sourcing will be critical for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with leadership on staffing needs
• Conduct resume screenings and phone interviews
• Develop candidate sourcing strategies across various channels
• Deliver compensation and benefits information in offer letters
• Keep candidate records updated in our tracking system
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably operational
• Preferred 4-year College Degree (B.A.)
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills
• Valid Driver’s License; able to travel
• Ability to handle competing priorities and deadlines
