In the Host role, you'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and providing friendly service that aligns with Fit4Less expectations. Your proactive approach to customer interaction, along with your ability to promote membership benefits, enhances the member experience. You will handle routine tasks, report deficiencies, and work cooperatively with management to maintain service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the fitness facility
• Interact warmly with all members and guests
• Inform customers about membership options
• Promote the benefits of amenities and automation
• Report issues and collaborate on solutions
Requirements:
• High School diploma or pursuing completion
• 1 year teamwork or volunteer experience
• Proficient verbal and written communication
• First Aid and WHMIS certifications
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
