You will partner with diverse teams including developers and configuration managers to address support tickets and enhance product functionality within SLA guidelines. Engaging regularly in product support ticket reviews, you will troubleshoot using various technical tools and document your findings. Your experience and collaboration will drive efficiency in resolving product challenges.

Key Responsibilities:



• Investigate product functionality issues and code bugs • Collaborate in ticket reviews with stakeholders • Access logs and use support applications to troubleshoot • Maintain documentation for issue resolutions • Coordinate ticket resolutions with development and QA teams

Requirements: • Master’s degree in IT or equivalent with 4-5 years experience • Minimum 5+ years in SaaS applications and troubleshooting • Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, and open-source technologies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools
