Lead the Women’s Recovery Program at Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada in Brandon, Manitoba. This full-time role is pivotal in providing operational and spiritual direction.
The Campus Manager plays a crucial role in guiding the recovery process for clients by ensuring a safe and structured environment. You will oversee all aspects of the In Residence Programs, from staff training to compliance with provincial and federal regulations. By fostering a healthy team culture, you will promote accountability and servant leadership, crucial for successful recovery support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage and develop campus staff
• Monitor client progress and program outcomes
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards




• Oversee campus operations and fundraising efforts
• Represent the organization in community relations
Requirements:
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience in addiction recovery and ministry helpful
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Alignment with faith-based organizational values
• Transparent Vulnerable Sector Clearance needed
