Exciting chance for a General Duty EEG Technologist at Shared Health, located at Brandon Regional Health Centre. Deliver exceptional EEG testing for pediatric and adult patients.

In this clinical role, you will perform various EEG and sleep recordings, and prepare patients for surgical procedures when needed. A solid background with at least two years of experience performing EEGs is essential to handle the variety of tests required. Working under the Charge EEG Technologist, your expertise will contribute to high patient safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct standard and sleep EEG recordings • Execute complex EEG studies for seizure monitoring • Assist patients prep for neurosurgical EEG • Triage EEG test requests efficiently • Offer after-hours and on-call EEG service

Requirements: • 2 years of EEG testing experience required • Successful completion of EEG Training Program • Registration as RET with CBRET or equivalent • Physical fitness to meet job demands • Self-motivated and capable of independent work
