This position involves guiding prospective students through the recruitment journey, from initial inquiries to successful enrolments while collaborating with a Junior Recruitment Coordinator. Your relationship skills and experience in sales or student recruitment will be vital in forging connections and achieving goals. Key Responsibilities:
Own the prospective student journey from inquiry to enrolment.
Build relationships through phone, email, and in-person events.




Drive applications and follow-up with leads.
Deliver engaging presentations about the school’s offerings.
Track and maintain recruitment data within the CRM. Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or student recruitment.
Solid relationship-building skills and effective communication.
Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
Willingness to travel regularly for recruitment.
