Canadian Tire Corporation is seeking a Replenishment Analyst for a full-time permanent position based in Toronto, ON. This cross-functional role sits at the intersection of Supply Chain and Merchandising, offering direct accountability and critical impact on business outcomes.

What You'll Do:
Develop broad operational experience while managing replenishment for specific product categories
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to manage inventory flow into Distribution Centres
Respond to changes in demand and apply Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP)
Partner with Category Management, Forecasting, and Promotions teams to introduce current products and maintain existing assortments for promotional, regular, and seasonal demand
Perform data mining, analysis, and rapid problem solving
Manage seasonal inventory and replenishment strategy
Support Supply Chain functions including Operations Planning, Transportation, Distribution, and Inventory Management
Take ownership and direct accountability for results and metrics
Negotiate and manage supplier relationships; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

What You Bring:




Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering, Math, Business, or Commerce with demonstrated interest in operations and supply chain
2+ years of work experience, including Co-op or internship experience
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access
Experience in analyst roles, especially data-driven, analytical, or process improvement roles
Analytical mindset, comfortable with data-driven decision making
Strong negotiation and stakeholder consensus-building skills

Compensation:

Broadband salary range $53,000 – $88,000. Typical hiring range $53,000 – $70,000.
