Summary The Sales Associate develops long-lasting client relationships to drive sales and loyalty for the women's footwear department. This commission-based, in-store role focuses on exceeding sales targets through personalized service, client acquisition and retention. The position requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities - Deliver extraordinary service to all customers
Exceed sales and service goals and targets
Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition and development
Attend product knowledge, vendor and internal educational sessions
Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes and related sales support tasks
Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone, mail and electronic methods
Resolve customer service issues and partner with management when escalation is required
Ensure compliance with health, safety,



privacy and cybersecurity policies
Perform other duties as assigned Requirements - Minimum 4 years experience in a commission-based luxury sales workplace
Proven consistent sales performance with demonstrated results in achieving and exceeding quota
Availability to work a versatile schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
Highly cooperative and team-oriented
Active use of social media to promote personal brand and build clientele
Skilled at using multiple technology channels to engage clients and drive sales
Broad product knowledge and strong understanding of current fashion trends
Proactive outreach to clients to share curated merchandise recommendations
