Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Steel Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling steel components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of high-quality steel structures, stairs,railings, and custom fabrications for construction, industrial, and manufacturing applications.

Duties
Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine fabrication specifications.
Cut, shape, and assemble steel components using plasma cutters, press brake machines, hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment.
Perform MIG welding including CP joints
Operate forklifts, and rigging equipment safely to move heavy materials and assemblies within the workspace.
Conduct routine inspections of completed welds and assemblies to verify structural integrity and adherence to schematics.

Skills
Proficiency in MIG techniques with a strong understanding of welding safety protocols.




Mechanical knowledge of machinery such as plasma cutters, ironworkers, machining tools, and power tools.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately for precise fabrication work.
Experience with rigging, forklift handling, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Familiarity with schematics related to ductwork or structural steel assemblies used in construction projects.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes including assembly lines and quality assurance procedures.
Robust hand tool skills combined with mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and repairs in a fabrication setting.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
