As a Retail Sales Associate, you will help customers find products that suit their needs, provide knowledgeable and responsible product information, process transactions, maintain the store, and help ensure customers have a positive experience.

Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, skilled customer service
Assist customers in selecting vape devices, e-liquids, coils, pods, and accessories based on their needs and preferences
Learn and maintain knowledge of the products we carry, including device features, e-liquid options, and compatibility
Operate the POS system and process cash, debit, and other payments accurately
Follow all age-verification and store policies when completing sales
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked product displays
Restock shelves and assist with receiving and organizing inventory




Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock or product-related issues to management
Answer customer questions and provide helpful product recommendations
Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary
Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and general store maintenance
Work effectively as part of a team to keep the store running smoothly

Requirements
19+
Reliable transportation
Reliable and punctual
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working with customers in a retail setting
Willingness to learn about vape products and industry regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required

Pay: $18.25-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 32.0 per week
