Negotiate and finalize Tipalti Services Agreements and related documents
Lead vendor-side contracting for diverse operational agreements
Advise sales, procurement, and finance teams on legal matters
Shape the Contracting Playbook for improved workflows
Employ AI tools effectively across contract types

Requirements:
J.D., LL.B., or equivalent law degree, in valuable standing
8+ years of experience in commercial technology transactions
Familiarity with SaaS, DPAs, NDAs, and SOWs
Enthusiasm for AI tools in legal practices
Solid cooperative communication skills
