Le Croissant Chaud is a French artisan bakery and café located in downtown Victoria. Our goal is to create a warm and welcoming space where customers can enjoy authentic French pastries, breads, and beverages, paired with genuine hospitality and a memorable café experience.

We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced barista to join us for 20 to 30 hours per week.

Your Role

- Prepare espresso-based drinks and other café beverages with consistency and care
- Provide friendly and qualified customer service
- Take orders and operate the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee station
- Ensure quality and presentation standards are maintained throughout service

What we are looking for

- Previous experience as a barista (café/restaurant preferred)




- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (permanent residents or citizens preferred)
- Good understanding of espresso preparation and milk steaming
- Positive, professional and reliable
- Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Available for 20–30 hours per week
