Your responsibilities will include implementing YMCA curricula while adhering to child care regulations and maintaining children's safety. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure attentive supervision to support children's well-being
- Record live attendance and perform regular head counts




- Deliver engaging programming based on YMCA guidelines
- Track children's development and communicate with caregivers
- Conduct safety scans for program areas indoors and outdoors

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in a related field
- At least two (2) years of experience with children
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Valuable standing membership with Early Childhood Educators
- Ability to work flexible hours and promote social inclusion
