We are looking for an experienced ABA Therapist to join our In-Home ABA Team, providing critical support to clients aged 1-18 with diverse needs.

Your role involves creating tailored programs in communication and emotional regulation while educating and empowering parents. You will work closely with clinical supervisors to ensure optimal client care and development. Key Responsibilities:

- Tailor behavioral sessions for children with diverse needs
- Offer educational support and training for parents
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs accordingly
- Gather and analyze data on client behavior
- Conduct assessments to identify additional service requirements

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in behavioral science or psychology
- Two years' hands-on experience with complex youth behaviors
- Proficient understanding of ABA methods
- Robust teamwork and initiative in caregiving contexts
- Fluency in French is an asset
