Voyago is hiring a Full Time Benefits & Disability Coordinator based in London, Ontario Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, the Benefit & Disability Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the employee benefit lifecycle and facilitation of the leave and disability processes. This is an on-site position based in our London office. You will collaborate directly with employees, leaders, payroll, HR, and external partners to ensure programs are administered accurately, confidentially, and in compliance with applicable legislation, collective agreements, and organizational policies.

You will be responsible for benefit enrollment, eligibility maintenance and billing reconciliation for all employees, as well as facilitating our leave management processes with care and compassion Lead full group benefit administration of new and existing employees including overseeing employee eligibility and compliance with the Group Benefit and Retirement plan requirements Liaise with leaders, employees, and HR team regarding leave progress Prepare regular quality reviews and reports to support the effective, consistent and accurate management of leaves The Salary range for this role is $ 50,000 to $60,000, Schedule will be daytime hours, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. You have a post-secondary education in Business Administration, Human Resources,
