Introduction

Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Bilingual (ENG/FR) Credit Operations Specialist to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

12 months with potential to convert or extend

Pay Rate

$32 per hour

7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (7, 8,9 ,10 start times)

Job Responsibilities

- Managing daily volumes and meeting service timelines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Sound judgment and appropriate escalation of issues.
- Adherence to policies, procedures, and risk controls.
- Explicit communication with several partners and team members.
- Attendance and reliability.

Experience & Qualification Requirements

- Post secondary degree required.




- 3-5 years of credit and banking experience required.
- Data entry experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic MS office skills.
- Bilingual in English and French.
