Jobgether is seeking a Bilingual Instructional Designer based in Canada to shape learning experiences within a growing Learning & Development team. You will partner with stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into effective solutions, working in English and French across contemporary digital delivery formats.
Responsibilities include leading projects from analysis through evaluation, applying ADDIE/SAM and Bloom’s taxonomy, and driving continuous improvement in learning practices.
