In this role, you will report directly to the Culinary Manager and take charge of loading, operating, and emptying dishwashers. Beyond dish duty, you'll maintain common cooking areas, assist in cleaning kitchen equipment, and participate in meetings for ongoing improvements. This position directly supports the dining experience of our elderly residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate dishwashers and effectively store clean dishes
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and cooking surfaces
• Mop floors and keep kitchen equipment sanitized
• Comply with food safety and handling standards
