Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate and oversee patient care throughout treatment • Develop and implement Survivorship Care plans • Assist in tracking the Cancer Program’s effectiveness • Act as a resource for the healthcare team • Lead weekly General Tumor Board discussions
Requirements: • Experience in Radiation or Medical Oncology is preferred • Strong interest in Survivorship is required • Must hold BCLS certification • Oncology Nurse Certification is highly desired • Current Registered Nurse license in Illinois
