Join the Stryker team as a Distribution Associate I located in Waterdown, ON. You will play a pivotal role in the effective operation of the warehouse, focusing on inventory and product handling.
In this essential position, you will be tasked with supporting daily distribution activities, ensuring that products are properly received, stored, and shipped according to industry standards. Working within established SOPs, you will help maintain inventory accuracy and facilitate the flow of goods through the facility. Prior experience in distribution is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect, receive, and document incoming goods
• Pick and pack orders for timely shipment
• Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Record all product movements accurately
• Report discrepancies to Quality Assurance teams
Requirements:
• Must have a Secondary School diploma or equivalent
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
• Position involves standing and walking extended periods
• Preferred experience: 2+ years in a distribution role
• Basic knowledge of ERP/WMS beneficial
