The Safeguarding

Officer at RABI is key in managing safeguarding cases and providing skilled support. You will collaborate closely with the Safeguarding Manager and engage with various stakeholders to ensure safeguarding concerns are handled efficiently.

Your mission will be to foster a culture of safety and compliance while contributing to creative safeguarding practices. Key Responsibilities:
Manage safeguarding concerns from notification to resolution
Provide expert safeguarding advice to colleagues




Conduct risk assessments and maintain safeguarding records
Promote a positive safeguarding culture across the organization
Support multi-agency collaboration for effective safeguarding Requirements:
Degree-level education or equivalent experience
Recognized safeguarding qualifications
Understanding of safeguarding legislation and principles
Experience in managing safeguarding concerns
