The Justice
Supports and Services Division is seeking a Relief Secretary 2 to enhance its Provincial Victim Services Program. This position demands a skilled administrator with three years of secretarial experience and a background in assisting individuals facing traumatic events. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office and exceptional organizational skills will be crucial in managing quick-paced office duties. Key Responsibilities:
Answer main phone line and provide public assistance
Manage databases and prepare correspondence
Book meetings and coordinate schedules
Maintain an electronic filing system efficiently
Support administrative staff in regional offices Requirements:
One-year secretarial training plus three years’ experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in the criminal justice system is an asset
