Must-Have Qualifications
Solid communication skills — written and verbal
Business acumen — understands strategy, programs, and business operations
Experience in Sales or Retail domain (preferred background)
Proven experience leading Business Programs as a Program Manager on the business side
Experience as a DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) for tools/systems
Ability to translate business requirements into product features in collaboration with technology teams
Salesforce exp is preferred
Robust structured thinking with transparent examples of:
Stakeholder alignment
Prioritization with business teams

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Understand and internalize business strategy and programs
Gather and translate business requirements into product/feature specifications
Partner with technology teams (e.g., Salesforce or other platforms) to deliver solutions
Lead testing and launch of new features/tools
Serve as the business-side point of contact for tooling
