Educate on Quadrus processes and technology
Communicate sensitive processing issues to representatives
Liaise with fund companies and internal partners
Investigate complaints and work towards resolution Requirements:
IFIC or Canadian Securities Course completion
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
