- Assist vulnerable community members on shuttle buses
- Use technology for assessments and documentation

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Human Services and 2-3 years experience
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR certification
- Experience with homelessness and social barriers
- Knowledge of local health and housing services
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
