We are seeking a passionate and energetic Burger & Pasta Chef to join our dynamic culinary team! In this role, you will be the creative force behind crafting delicious, high-quality burgers and pasta dishes that delight our guests. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of burgers and pasta dishes with precision and flair, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Supervise kitchen staff during food preparation, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to recipes and safety protocols
- Oversee food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety standards
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness
- Lead team management efforts by training new staff, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a positive work workplace




- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and excellent customer satisfaction
- Uphold restaurant management practices by monitoring food quality, portion control, and waste reduction

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably within the food industry specializing in burgers or pasta dishes
- Extensive food preparation and cooking experience with a focus on burger grilling, pasta cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Strong background in food service operations, including food handling, safety procedures, and restaurant management fundamentals
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively in a quick-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospitality standards such as bartending and serving is advantageous but not required
- Prior restaurant experience emphasizing teamwork, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency is highly valued
