Technical Analyst

Co-op – Data Operations We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Analyst Co-op to join our Data Operations team. This role offers hands‑on experience working with data pipelines, CRM systems, and cloud-based data platforms. The co‑op student will support ongoing initiatives including CRM platform migration, data processing, automation, and documentation, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure data quality and reliability across systems.

Assist in CRM data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading Support daily data operations, including monitoring data pipelines and troubleshooting data issues Help maintain and enhance ETL processes using Python, SQL, or other tools Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness GCP) to support data storage and processing workflows Create and maintain technical documentation for data processes, pipelines, and workflows Assist in building or enhancing reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and support business needs Currently enrolled in a program related to Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems,



or a related field Basic knowledge of Python and SQL Familiarity with data concepts such as ETL, data quality, and relational databases Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) is an asset Experience with tools like Power BI, Excel, or similar reporting tools is a plus Familiarity with version control (Git) Understanding of data warehousing concepts Experience working with APIs or file-based data transfers (SFTP, CSV, etc.) Hands‑on experience with real‑world data pipelines and cloud data platforms Exposure to CRM systems and enterprise data migration projects Opportunity to work on automation and process improvement initiatives Mentorship and guidance from experienced data professionals Practical experience that bridges data analytics and data engineering Opportunity to contribute to impactful, production‑level data workflows Acting as consultants, supporting internal customers and the Associate‑Owners, you will get experience unique to the retail industry while working for an award‑winning national brand.
