SKILLS REQUIRED

- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, systems implementation, process improvement, or systems re-engineering within banking or financial services.
- Understanding of Credit Risk and Counterparty Credit Risk reporting.
- Experience with SQL and data analysis using platforms such as Hive, MS SQL Server, Teradata, HUE, or Dremio.
- Robust experience in data sourcing, analysis, and data mapping.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and UAT coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and Access.




- Experience with LEF risk shifting concepts involving CDS, SFTs, Derivatives, Guarantees, and LC Fronting.
- Knowledge of Capital Markets and Retail financial instruments
- Experience with Tableau and reporting/visualization tools.
- Experience working with regulatory reporting and financial risk data.
