You'll engage with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, respond to ticketing issues, and conduct threat analysis to mitigate risks. Respond to infrastructure and network incidents promptly
Monitor security events using SIEM platforms
Conduct real-time threat analysis and triage situations
Manage server backups and infrastructure changes

2+ years managing multi-tenant infrastructure tools
Experience with IT service management tools
Familiarity with ITIL framework and incident management
Security+ or ISC2 certification preferred
