Lead the Post-Majority Support Services program for young adults at RPCN. This role involves support, resource coordination, and holistic program delivery. As a PMSS Coordinator, your work is vital for young adults aged 18 to 25 transitioning out of Ministry care. You will identify eligible individuals, support their goals, and build individualized work plans. Your leadership will ensure the PMSS program runs smoothly and effectively, adhering to budget constraints. Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent
