Lead production operations at our cutting-edge automated greenhouse in Saint-Patrice-de-Sherrington. Oversee daily processes while ensuring quality and compliance standards are met. This temporary, full time position involves managing seeding, harvesting, packaging, and shipping activities.

As a Production Supervisor, you will closely collaborate with the team to optimize production schedules while focusing on quality, food safety, and efficiency. You'll also play an essential role in team development and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and prioritize daily packaging and warehouse operations
Adjust production schedules for optimal workflow
Monitor real-time production performance metrics
Identify and manage customer service risks collaboratively
Ensure planning information and inventory accuracy Requirements:
DEC in Operations and Production Management or relevant field
Minimum of three years in a supervisory role
Experience in agri-food or manufacturing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Solid bilingual communication skills Drive operational success while leading a dedicated team in our state-of-the-art facility.
