As a PMSS Coordinator, your work is vital for young adults aged 18 to 25 transitioning out of Ministry care. You will identify eligible individuals, support their goals, and build individualized work plans. Your leadership will ensure the PMSS program runs smoothly and effectively, adhering to budget constraints. Key Responsibilities:
