In this hybrid role, you will manage service receipts, ensuring accuracy and compliance within Procure-to-Pay operations.

Responsible for processing around 75 transactions daily, you’ll contribute to efficiency and quality standards. Your ability to communicate in French and English will enhance collaboration with stakeholders and suppliers, fostering problem resolution effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Create and process service receipts in SAP ECC
Review transactions for accuracy before submission
Submit completed receipts to final approvers
Manage high volumes of transactions daily
Escalate issues to Level 2 Support Team Requirements:
Experience with SAP ECC in Procurement or P2P
High accuracy in data entry
Robust organizational skills and time management
Problem-solving and analytical abilities
