Implement AgeCare policies and nursing practices in collaboration with the team
Provide direction to Personal Support Workers during care
Liaise with physicians and health care partners for resident care




Notify physicians of significant changes in resident condition
Participate in shift reports to communicate resident statuses Requirements:
Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
Background in geriatric care, rehabilitation, or long-term nursing
