Process accounts referred for legal action




Manage legal assignments and maintenance requests
Submit claims for loss recovery to government programs
Assign litigation accounts to external counsel
Provide documentation to initiate legal actions Requirements:
Over 3 years of Collections experience
Familiarity with RBC's systems and processes
Understanding of secured/unsecured debts
Robust problem-solving skills
