TLC Laser Eye Centre is seeking a dedicated Ophthalmic Technician, preferably an optician or a science graduate.
This role focuses on providing outstanding customer service and accurate measurements during the patient care process. You will also work with advanced technologies and imaging in a supportive workplace that values inclusivity and teamwork. Key Responsibilities:
Complete preoperative and postoperative patient measurements
Validate imaging maps for accuracy and clarity
Utilize advanced procedural knowledge and technologies
Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care
Communicate effectively with patients throughout processes Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in science or Opticianry program
Comfort with Microsoft 365 and diagnostic tools
Excellent English communication skills
Experience in eye-care is advantageous
