Manage and implement vessel maintenance and repair programs
Address unscheduled maintenance across the fleet promptly
Control maintenance and drydock budgets effectively
Lead engagement with Operations for planning and readiness
Facilitate training for shipboard personnel and stakeholders Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field or apprenticeship
At least 5 years of supervisory experience
Proficient in technical troubleshooting and communication
Familiar with legislation impacting marine operations
Proven project management capabilities Lead the charge in maintaining and improving Seaspan Ferries’ fleet operations.
