Manager, you'll steer project North PES from start-up through ramp. Overseeing the full operations, you will manage a cohesive team while upholding high standards for safety, quality, cost, and delivery. Your success will hinge on your technical credibility and ability to leverage automation for processing efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain safety, order, and efficiency across the plant
Enforce management systems and continuous improvement practices
Oversee budget management and resource allocation
Lead cross-functional teams on key customer programs
Develop and coach a high-performing management team Requirements:
Proven plant management experience in die casting or automotive
Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO standards, and lean methods
Demonstrated P&L; and KPI ownership
Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred Drive operational excellence and cultivate a positive workplace culture at Pangeo’s Vaughan plant.
