As an Operations Supervisor, you will thrive in our agile retail and office space, coordinating with custodial teams, vendors, and property managers.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle physical tasks efficiently. You will oversee inspections and ensure safety standards are met while also supporting event setups and maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily and weekly custodial schedules
Assist with in office landlord work and capital projects
Document incidents and support insurance processes
Manage site maintenance, including minor repairs
Ensure walkways remain safe and accessible Requirements:
Proven background in facility maintenance
Proficient with hand and power tools
Good time management skills and documentation
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
