To support and assist the Pharmacy Homecare Service Manager and Medicines Effectiveness Pharmacist in cost effective procurement and delivery of Homecare medicines and services for the OUH NHS Foundation Trust (OUH). To develop and support the pharmacy Homecare service at the OUH to develop services for the protected and timely supply of medicines to patients via third party homecare companies by establishing robust methods of managing the administrative work, monitoring homecare providers performance. Co-ordinate and communicate with clinical pharmacists integrated into service to implement and manage existing homecare services.
