Shape aquatic experiences as a Part time Instructor/Lifeguard with the City of Kenora. Engage in program delivery, ensure patron safety, and keep accurate reports while working adaptable shifts. As an Instructor/Lifeguard, you’ll assist with program planning and instruction while supervising aquatic activities. You’ll also lead student staff and respond to emergency situations, so excellent communication skills and a strong focus on service delivery are essential. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and delivering aquatic programs
Ensure safety and supervision of all patrons
Complete records and reports related to programs
Provide leadership and training for student staff
Perform daily office procedures and light cleaning duties Requirements:
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
Current LSS Swim for Life Certificate
Willingness to obtain L.S.S.
