You will lead landscape-led urban projects at various scales across Canada, emphasizing strategic design frameworks and public spaces. Your expertise will play a vital part in establishing SLA’s presence and skilled culture while engaging in domestic travel to build recent client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor design teams on large-scale projects
Develop strategic design frameworks for urban landscapes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across project phases
Establish SLA’s client relationships and skilled culture
Navigate Ontario's planning frameworks and approval processes Requirements:
Licensed Landscape Architect with OALA membership
Minimum 5 years in landscape architecture or urban design
Proven leadership in multidisciplinary project delivery
Experience in climate adaptation and nature-based design
