We are currently looking for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. If you are a driven closer who thrives in a performance-based environment and wants to build a highly lucrative book of business in the medical aesthetics and wellness space, this role is built for you.

The Role

Your primary mission is simple: drive local traffic and increase clinic revenue.

As our BDM, you will be the face of our clinic in the local community. You will operate with high autonomy, designing and executing grassroots marketing strategies, forging B2B partnerships, and creating compelling promotions that convert curious locals into loyal patients. Because this is a commission-driven role, your earning potential is entirely in your hands, uncapped, and directly tied to the growth you generate.

Key Responsibilities

- Local Outreach & Partnerships: Identify and build strategic relationships with local businesses (e.g., high-end fitness studios, bridal boutiques, corporate offices, salons) to drive referral traffic and host cooperative events.
- Drive Foot Traffic: Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives designed to pull targeted, high-intent local traffic through our doors.
- Event Management: Plan and host in-clinic VIP events, open houses, and educational seminars to showcase our high-ticket medispa technologies and multidisciplinary health services.
- Sales Strategy & Cross-Selling:



Capitalize on the synergy between our medispa and wellness departments. Develop pathways that help practitioners and front-desk staff cross-sell services to maximize the value of the leads you bring in.
- Market Analysis: Monitor local competitors, track the ROI of your outreach, and continuously pivot strategies to maximize your conversions and commission payouts.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Industry Experience: Minimum 3+ years of sales, marketing, or business development experience, ideally within a Medispa, Medical Aesthetics practice, or Multidisciplinary Wellness Clinic.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You have a proven track record of succeeding in commission-based or highly incentivized sales environments.
- Local Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the GTA market and a pre-existing network of local business contacts is a massive asset.
- Cross-Disciplinary Understanding: Familiarity with the terminology, benefits, and client profiles for both aesthetic treatments (lasers, injectables, skin rejuvenation) and wellness therapies.
